Everything about this company was excellent. I had a good correspondence with Sam, the owner, who was prompt, informative and very helpful. We did the Nakuru/Masai Mara safari with Paul, who was an outstanding guide – very knowledgeable, courteous, patient with the kids, and always smiling. The guides knew exactly where to find the birds, which is truly impressive (imagine being able to distinguish between the dozen cisticola species by sight and sound, all of which looked alike to me!).
